Order

To begin, I recommend conducting some research about the subject of your portrait. This includes collecting high resolution photos of your pet(s) or humans to feature in the piece and the background design. Background color options can be viewed here.

When ready, complete the Artwork Quote Request Form below. I will evaluate your submission and respond with a quote in 24-48 hours. A 25% deposit is required to begin work.

Production

After receiving your accepted quote, I will begin production of your artwork. Depending on the complexity of your custom artwork, I may send over a preliminary layout drawing to confirm your idea.

Once approved, no major changes can be implemented beyond this point.

This process may take up to 2+ weeks depending on the scale and complexity of the work - an estimated time of completion will be listed on your quote.

Approval

Once artwork is complete, I will notify you via email to review a Final Proof of the piece. The customer has the opportunity to make minor adjustments to the artwork at this time. Final Approval of the artwork is required before shipping can proceed. 

A digital signature is needed to confirm the Final Approval of the piece.

Ship

When your artwork is approved, I will proceed with the shipment of your order. Depending on your location, shipping can take up to 2-10 business days.

The customer will be provided a tracking number of their order and an estimated arrival time.

If you live locally in the Seattle area, we can discuss a pickup time, if preferred.

Payment for services is due in full prior to shipment or pickup.
